The Interdisciplinary Clash Coordination

  Interdisciplinary conflict is not an uncommon situation. Interdisciplinary conflict refers to the clash of two or more different disciplines with each other in an organization (or even in a group of individuals). One of the most effective ways to resolve any sort of conflict is by coming up with a solution that satisfies all parties involved.
